Hi! My name is Doris. As a Master of Pharmacy and Psychotherapeutic Coach I focus on connection between mind and body, emotional aspect of chronical illness, well-being of parents and well-being at workplace through compassionate leadership.
If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won’t have to hear it scream. I aim to help people listen to the whispers of the body, whispers at home and at workplace. I do this with my presence, experience and skills.
I was afraid what’s next, tired of controlling everything, tired of asking if it is good enough. I felt I was missing the purpose of my life. Lifelong experience of allergies and asthma and the experience of food allergies with my two daughters urged me to seek more answers. After 13 years in pharmaceutical industry, leading regulatory and quality department, I decided to resign and offer to the world what helped me. Compassionate Inquiry helped me to connect back to the wisdom, my authenticity and true Self. I trust to offer the same to you.
Many of my clients tend to take care of other people before themselves. Some have been in therapy before and are looking for a deeper healing opportunity. My clients are looking for a way to cope with stress, establish healthy lifestyle through finding compassion for themselves, balance life-work and define their purpose of life. You are not alone.
I utilize Compassionate Inquiry, breathing practices, and healthy lifestyle strategies to help clients experience more trust in life, authenticity, health, joy, gratitude, freedom and inner peace in everyday life.
