Anna Schwarzenberg
Trained and certified with the very first cohort of Compassionate Inquiry practitioners, I’ve been practicing the approach since 2019. Additionally, I’m trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1 and 2) and use this as my main therapeutic method.
Employed as a counsellor since 2015. I work with complex trauma and consequent life challenges such as stress, anxiety, loneliness, social isolation, addiction, depression, anger, grief, and more.
My own healing journey from significant childhood trauma, immigration and being a sole mother in a new country has reinforced my belief in the possibility of overcoming mental and often physical health issues. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, non-pathologizing and compassionate. I strive to provide an environment where my clients make deep connections within themselves and become their own healers.
In my practice I incorporate the knowledge I have gathered from living in different countries and regimes, familiarity with cultural and transgenerational imprints, and appreciation of traditional and sacred ceremonial ways of healing.
