Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, and a queer mental health therapist from Los Angeles, California. I specialize in working with highly sensitive and empathic members of the LGBTQIA+ community who have histories of trauma or big life challenges who want to understand more deeply why they feel and behave the way that they do, to deepen self awareness and self compassion.
My clients have typically been in therapy before and are looking for a deeper healing opportunity, looking to gain perspective, and build more confidence in navigating their world. My therapeutic style is very relational, person centered, non-pathologizing, and, along with Compassionate Inquiry, utilizes IFS and Equine Assisted Life Coaching. I also practice from a social justice oriented lens, and appreciate each client’s unique intersectionality.
